What does Foxglove Futures do?
We develop and sustain future workforces for the UAE. Our work connects education and workforce development, Drones as a Service and Operational Resilience.
How do the three areas connect?
HudHud develops understanding of applied AI and autonomy. DaaS applies those technologies to defined tasks. ORS supports site infrastructure, logistics and operational continuity in demanding environments.
Who do you work with?
We welcome conversations with employers, schools, education providers and potential delivery or strategic partners. Our purpose is rooted in the UAE, with people from different backgrounds contributing to that shared ambition.

Where does the workforce pathway begin?
We start with the technical capabilities employers will need over the long term, then work backwards to shape education pathways. HudHud spans kindergarten through high school, with routes towards employment or relevant higher education and continuing professional development.

What information helps scope a DaaS enquiry?
Describe the asset or activity, what needs to be observed or assessed, the location and constraints, and the decision the information should support. The scope and availability of a service must be confirmed directly.
What is the role of Operational Resilience?
ORS covers modular camp infrastructure, life support, project coordination, logistics and continuing support. This includes the ground facilities that drone operations need. An initial discussion should identify the people, activities, site and continuity requirement.
